Operations, monitoring, backups, updates, passwords, support and on-site visits in the Hamburg area are always included. Further development is part of Digital Partner and Partner Plus, or is commissioned as a project.

Everything is documented, all credentials are in the vault with emergency access, and we work with fixed partners for specialist topics. With the exit guarantee someone else can take over at any time.

We run your servers and services in German data centres or on your premises. Where you deliberately want to use a service outside, we tell you beforehand what that means.

We only process personal and business data with AI on our own hardware or with your explicit approval. For software development we use leading AI models; which code they see is agreed with you in advance. On request we work exclusively with local models or models operated in the EU.

No. We switch where it pays off, step by step and, if you like, running both in parallel.

Not necessarily. But many employees already use AI, often without asking. Clear rules, safe tools and training protect your data and meet the AI literacy obligation under the EU AI Act.

Packages run for an initial 12 months and can then be cancelled monthly. Technically, thanks to the exit guarantee, you can leave at any time and take everything with you.

For many projects, yes. We check suitable programmes, scope your project so it qualifies and prepare the documents. Only the funding body can make commitments.
